Amanda Burke

With over 20+ years of experience in workforce strategy, inclusive hiring, and enterprise talent systems, Amanda designs workforce infrastructure that works for real humans.
Amanda operates at the intersection of accessibility, execution, and scalable system design. Her leadership experience spans enterprise environments, high-volume and technical recruitment, and cross-functional strategy — always centered on dignity, belonging, and measurable impact.
Amanda is a biracial woman and proud member of the disability community, and her work is informed by lived experience as much as professional practice. She understands firsthand how traditional workforce systems often overlook variability in ability, navigation capacity, and access.
Throughout her career, she has helped organizations rethink how talent is identified, supported, and sustained — building inclusive recruitment strategies, expanding employer engagement, and developing workforce programs that increase participation without compromising performance.
Before founding Arivaii, Amanda served as Head of Getting Hired within the Allegis Group ecosystem, where she led strategy and operations for a national inclusive workforce platform focused on individuals with disabilities, veterans, and underrepresented talent. Under her leadership, employer engagement and talent participation grew significantly, positioning the platform as a leader in accessible hiring practices.
She previously spent a decade leading workforce strategy across engineering and technical recruitment environments, designing scalable talent solutions for enterprise clients navigating complex hiring needs.
